Job Description

Wireless Semiconductor Product Marketing/Product Management

The candidate will have a strong business orientation and will be responsible for the development and implementation of the product plan across the Market Segments. Will maintain close relationship with the Market Segment leaders for awareness of customer needs and definition of new products and market strategies. The person will be involved with the product through all stages of a products life cycle.

Responsibilities include:

· Responsible for managing the overall product management function including build/buy/partner decisions

· Market sizing, creating and maintaining the business case

· Positioning the products for all markets and all buyers

· Manages a team of product mangers

· Works with Market Segment leaders to define new products and market strategies

· Responsible for delivering all collaterals for successful product deployment including providing white papers, presentations,

· Responsible for delivering competitive reviews and technology assessment

· Key part of marketing management team leading the product strategies direction

Qualifications

· A seasoned product marketing executive with 15 years plus experience in semiconductor industry

· Experience in managing a team of senior product managers/product marketing managers required

· Good understanding of semiconductor product cycle required

· Good communications and customer interaction skills required

· Location technology market understanding and wireless/automotive/consumer industry experience desired

· BSEE with MBA preferred
